Current status of this website
Student accounts are now operational: you can create an account, verify your email address, log in and out, reset your password, save your one-time profile (first name or nickname, last name, residence state, preparation state, account time zone, and your 18-or-older confirmation), and delete your account. That profile information is stored privately and each account can access only its own records.
Payments, Premium purchases, practice questions, practice mock exams, and stored practice progress are not operational yet, so no practice or payment data is collected at this time. Commitments below that relate to those areas describe how they are required to work, and each will be implemented and verified before production launch. Final retention periods and legal wording are still pending legal review.
What we will never ask for
- Your exact age or date of birth — accounts use a simple 18-or-older confirmation instead.
- Social Security numbers.
- Driver-license numbers or CDL permit numbers.
- Full home addresses.
- Raw payment card details — payments are handled by a hosted payment provider.
Account data we will treat as private
When accounts launch, your name, residence state, preparation state, account time zone, and 18-or-older confirmation will be private account data. They will never be exposed publicly, each student will be able to access only their own records, and they will not be used for unrelated marketing without clear consent.
Storage, tracking, and account deletion
When accounts launch, StudyAxle CDL will use essential authentication and session storage only. Account deletion and a documented data-retention process will be provided and verified consistent with the final Privacy Policy before launch.
